In recent years, progress has been made in the reduction of energy consumption and energy consumption from the food chain in response to Government initiatives and legislation, rising fuel prices and the desire of many companies to improve social and environmental performance. These aspects of the food industry are examined. This presentation looks at case studies on approaches and the application of energy conservation measures in the food industry.
